• Information printed on the card must be clear, not blurred, lost letters and numbers.
• The card is not broken, erased, or edited.
• Restoration cracked or deformed during use.

Cases not covered by the warranty:

Products are not warranted when damaged by external influences such as:

• Restoration is dropped, broken, or broken before being attached to the patient’s mouth.
• Accidents and strong impacts cause the restoration to be broken, broken or deformed during use.
• Due to improper use by users: chewing, biting food / hard objects…
