FORM PFM

The PFM has been the gold standard and star of Dental restoration since its invention in the late 1950s by Abraham Weinstein. While the method of manufacture and the quality of materials have changed significantly since those days, the attention to detail and standard of workmanship applied to our traditional PFM remains the same. The humble and widely used PFM can be constructed with a range of materials including non-precious nickel-free chrome cobalt and precious gold alloy. It is still a popular choice amongst aesthetically and restoratively minded Dentists everywhere due to its combination of marginal integrity, strength, biocompatibility, and aesthetics.
